We Have An LLC Formation Service Of Our Own
When you go through the information you need to know about the state that you prefer to form your LLC in, the next step is to finally form your LLC. And to do that on your own would take time and may be a little bit too technical for some people, which could cause mistakes in the process. Additionally, to make it on your own directly with the Secretary of State would require you to have a US Debit/Credit Card to pay the state fee in USD, which most non-US residents we work with do not have. In that case, you need to use a service that can do that for you affordably and rapidly. Unfortunately, the majority of services online are not only expensive but they are also slow. They usually offer expedited options, but that costs a lot. If you use our service, On the other hand, it is both affordable and fast if you choose the advised states that we mentioned before. For example, if you choose Colorado, we will deliver your LLC on the same day. Learn more details below.
We do not have an RA (Registered Agent) of our own!
For us to act as the organizer and form the LLC on your behalf, you must have an RA (Registered Agent) already. That's because we do not offer an RA service as of right now. So you have two options that you can follow to get an RA service to use for your LLC:
1) You already own an RA service that you can use directly.
2) You can get an RA service if you don't have it already. You do not have to worry about this, because you can get that RA service for free for the first year and work with it.
We advise you to create an account in freeregisteredagent.com. This is a website that belongs to INCORP and they have an RA service in all states within the USA. What you will do is create an account very simply and choose the state you want to have the RA in. Once you create the account you will have an RA service free for the first year. Creating the account gives you the authorization from INCORP to use their RA as your RA address when you want to form the LLC.
So make sure you create the account or send us the RA address you already own before you decide to rely on us to form the LLC on your behalf. Otherwise we won't be able to help you.

What To Consider Before Choosing The Service For Your LLC
If you are Intending to form your LLC in the US and you are not a US citizen, here are the things that you should consider before using any formation service to form your LLC in the desired state:
1) RA (Registered Agent): Every single state requires an RA in order to be able to form an LLC. So if there is a service that can form your LLC for free or for a fee but doesn't provide you with an RA, then they will require you to have your own or purchase their service of RA. So always look for the RA service and whether they offer it or not. Once you do that, check the prices and whether there is a promotional offer or not. We strongly advise that you use a service that allows you to use their RA for free for the first year. This is very important because it gives you the time to figure out whether you want to continue the business you are doing or not. If it failed and you want to stop, you can always stop the RA service and dissolve the company. And even if you are concerned about the price and don't want to pay the fee they charge, which can be slightly expensive for some people, then you can always opt for changing it. Every state allows you to change the RA for a fee, of course. Some are cheap, some are expensive.
Here is the fee for changing the RA for each state we mentioned before:
Colorado State: 10$/ONLINE.
New Mexico State: 25$/ONLINE or mail.
Kentucky State: 10$/ONLINE or mail.
Montana State: 0$/ONLINE or mail.
Wyoming State: 0$/ONLINE or mail.
3) LLC Formation Pack Details: Anytime you want to use any service at all to form your LLC, always check for the details first. Some services have a very non-straightforward way of presenting their service, or it might be separated into multiple packs. Therefore, it is important to read each pack to know the details about what you get and what you don't get. That way, you don't get surprised or have the sense of being scammed. The very important thing that you should never forget is the requirements of forming an LLC, which, as we mentioned before, is the RA. If a service doesn't provide you an RA, then they expect you to have your own, or they charge you a very high fee for that RA. As for the business address or US virtual address, always remember that that is not a requirement. However, if you want to have it, then that is a good utility to have. Other than that, the rest is not required and is only for convenience.

Often Asked Questions
What Is An LLC? And What Do I Need An LLC For?
An LLC (Limited Liability Company) is a U.S. business structure that separates your personal assets (home, car, savings) from business debts and lawsuits.
You need an LLC to:
look more professional, open U.S. bank/payment accounts, sign contracts and wholesale accounts, bring on partners, and keep business finances separate. Works well for online services and digital products, too.
What Is The Difference Between LLC and LTD?
Both offer limited liability, but they’re used in different countries and taxed differently.
- LLC (U.S.) – Flexible U.S. entity. Owners are “members” , popular for e-commerce and freelancers.
- LTD (UK/Canada & others) – A company limited by shares. Owners are “shareholders,” run by directors. Profits are taxed at the company level (corporation tax); owners pay tax again on dividends. More formal reporting.
Bottom line: LLC = U.S., flexible taxes/maintenance. LTD = non-U.S. company with corporate tax and stricter filings.

How Do I Form The LLC Using A Professional Service Online?
Using an online LLC service is a fast, done-for-you option. Here’s how it works:
- Pick a state & plan (they show fees up front).
- Enter your LLC details (name, business address, owners/managers).
- Registered Agent is included or added (required U.S. address).
- They file Articles of Organization with the state.
- They can get your EIN from the IRS (add-on or DIY)
- You’ll get your approved documents by email; then open a bank account.
Timing & cost: varies by state and plan; basic filings often a few days (rush options available).
Non-U.S. owners: allowed—no SSN needed
What Is The Annual Report That Must Be Filed In The State?
An annual report (sometimes called a periodic or biennial report) is a quick update you file with your state to confirm your LLC’s info—business address, Registered Agent, owners/managers, and contact details—and pay the state fee.
- Who files? Almost every LLC (requirements vary by state).
- When & cost? Varies by state (e.g., due by your formation anniversary or a set date; fees can range $0–$400+).
- How to file? Online or Mail to your Secretary of State site—look up your LLC, review/update info, sign, and pay.
- Why it matters? Missing it can trigger late fees or even administrative dissolution.

What Is An EIN? And What Do I Need An EIN For?
An EIN (Employer Identification Number) is your business’s tax ID issued by the IRS—like an SSN but for a company.
What it’s used for:
- Open U.S. bank/fintech accounts (Relay, Wise, etc...)
- Set up payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Amazon, Etsy)
- File federal/state taxes.
- Apply for licenses/permits and some wholesale accounts
